Overview
The Employee Assistance Program for the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada provides a number of services. These include: counselling for employees and their families; training and education as well as crisis intervention. The goal was to position the program as being friendly, accessible and concerned with the well-being of its audience.

The solution was reached by exploring and balancing the images of an open door with the profile of a face. The bright color palette supports the project goals and the combined image reflects the program’s open door policy.
