The Employee Assistance Program for the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada provides a number of services. These include: counselling for employees and their families; training and education as well as crisis intervention. The goal for the branding was to position the program as being friendly, accessible and concerned with the well-being of its audience.
